Biography: Heather Kozar is a bodacious babe. Yes, that was the most appropriate description that came out of this week's voting panel on the former Playmate of the Year. Though the adjective is one-dimensional, it's right on target for the Ohio native who made a splash as one of the more charismatic bunnies of the last years. An audition for Playboy's Book of Lingerie at a model search in Cleveland led Heather to the coveted title in 1999, along with a check for of $250,000.
