Biography: Oh to be in Jade Jagger's shoes. Or even just a pair of them. As a globetrotting glamour girl, who flits between a place on London's party scene, an exotic home in sunny Spain and airports around the world, it comes as no surprise she does so in suitable style. And she has the excess baggage bill to prove it. Despite plenty of practice packing for any given star-studded party in LA, bikini-clad break in the Bahamas or rocking good time to make dad proud in New York, this is one girl yet to master the art of travelling light. But when you're the very embodiment of jet set living - inspiring Australian designer Charlie Brown to create her entire new collection around Jagger - it seems perfectly reasonable to leave home with a suitcase dedicated to your designer shoes. "It's just a small suitcase, I promise," the British It girl pleads, batting a pair of dazzling green eyes to great effect. Like her famous name and enviable sense of style, Jagger can thank her parents for her baggage. "I'm not as bad as my mum. She takes bags and bags with her every time she travels. It's ridiculous." Advertisement "Really, every woman deserves to be a total shoe fiend, it's not just a jet set thing." Accepting her fortunate life circumstances with great humility, Jagger does not fit the image of spoilt little rich girl you would expect from the daughter of Rolling Stones rocker Mick Jagger and his first wife, Bianca. Even the tag of jetsetter does not sit well with this glamorous working mother of two. "Tags, in the end, are hard to live with when they are about you, but it's something you have to do, I guess." A poster girl for boho chic - characterised by op-shop style that looks a million bucks - Jagger laughs at the truth behind her image. "It's become a bit of a joke among my friends, who say I couldn't possibly be bohemian with so many diamonds and furs. And it is something of an understatement. I'd like to think there are more facets to me than just one tag." And of course there are; it's just as outsiders they all look pretty fabulous to us. Sticking to a relentless work schedule on her four-day visit to Sydney last week, it was the kind of busy some would only dream about being. Arriving in Sydney last Sunday with boyfriend Dan Williams, Jagger flew in from Tokyo, where she had been promoting the spectacular jewellery line she creates for establishment design house Garrards (creating contemporary bling for the Brit pack she runs with in London). Fittings for her Australian Fashion Week debut followed, as well as a photo shoot which earned the 33-year-old about $80,000 just for the camera call (even the world's highest paid supermodels would get out of bed for that kind of money). There's also time for a harbour cruise under the stars, then a star turn held in her honour at an intimate, invite-only soiree at the InterContinental Sydney. Of course, it was her work on the runway for designer Charlie Brown's Princess Charlotte label that brought her here - and even that turned out to be about a minute's walk to take a bow, then it was off backstage. Ah, the exhausting schedule of a global celebrity (good thing there's a three-day stopover in the Maldives planned on the way home to Ibiza).
