Biography: Born in Canada, Natalie Appleton moved with her parents and sisters first to New York, then to London, as she was growing up. A youthful yet quickly failed marriage to a male stripper left her to raise her daughter Rachel on her own. In the late 1990s, however, Natalie was invited to join All Saints, the British girl band, and even recruited her younger sister Nicole into the act. When All Saints disbanded in 2001, Natalie preserved her professional relationship with her sister, and the two formed their own band, Appleton, which released Everything's Eventual in 2003.
